1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BunShip, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts.
• You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior.

3. Billing and Payments (Creem)

We use Creem for part of our checkout infrastructure. For transactions processed via Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record, may appear on your billing statement, and handles settlement, taxes, payment compliance, and parts of risk controls.

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge you based on the selected plan. Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

4. Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal, and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel from the in-app subscription page or the payment customer portal.
• Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by law or stated at checkout.

5. Refunds and Disputes

Unless required by law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe there was an incorrect charge, duplicate billing, or service issue, please contact contact@bunship.site. We typically respond within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and timing depends on payment networks and issuers. We or our payment partners may issue discretionary refunds to prevent escalated disputes when appropriate.

6. Acceptable Use

• No violations of applicable law, sanctions rules, or third-party platform rules.
• No reverse engineering, abusive scraping, restriction bypassing, or platform attacks.
• No use of the service for fraud, money laundering, card testing, or other high-risk payment behavior.

7. Intellectual Property

Except for content you lawfully own, the service, software, trademarks, interface, and documentation are owned by BunShip or its licensors.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if you breach these Terms or create security or payment risk.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law (excluding conflict-of-law rules). In case of disputes, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
