  • Usage data: device/browser details, logs, IP, pages visited, errors, and performance data.
  • Support communication data: tickets, emails, and feedback content.

We do not store full card numbers or CVV data.

3. Payment Processing (Creem)

For transactions processed via Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record and handles checkout settlement, tax calculation/remittance, fraud controls, and parts of payment compliance. We receive transaction details required to provide the service (for example order ID, payment status, subscription status, billing email).

4. How We Use Data

  • To provide account, order, subscription, invoice, and support services.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents.

We share data only as needed with service providers such as authentication, cloud infrastructure, logging/monitoring, email delivery, and payment providers (including Creem). We do not sell your personal data.
